France – Architectural, engineering and planning services – ARABIE SAOUDITE – KING KHALED PALACE (RIYADH) - Mission de diagnostic patrimonial et technique

The contract concerns a mission to assist the project owner with a heritage and technical diagnostic mission for the restoration operation of King Khaled Palace in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The services are divided into 3 missions:

Mission 1A – Carrying out a heritage, health and technical diagnostic of the palace

Mission 2B – Drawing up a restoration programme for the built spaces, including the mosque and the garden

Mission 3E – Defining and drafting a detailed programme for the reuse of the site

The contract is a composite contract comprising:

A fixed-price portion in accordance with the DPGF, corresponding to services whose execution is committed upon notification of the contract.

A portion with orders, at unit prices in accordance with the BPU, taking the form of a framework agreement, for services that will be the subject of a subsequent order depending on the needs of the OPPIC (additional services and travel to Saudi Arabia). The execution of services falling under the portion with orders will result in the issuance of purchase orders as the needs of the OPPIC arise. The portion with orders is concluded in the form of a framework agreement with no minimum and a maximum amount set at 50 000 € excl. VAT.
