Contract for the provision of design services for the thermal rehabilitation of 76 collective dwellings, in LA ROCHEFOUCAULD EN ANGOUMOIS (16)

The objective of the mission is to improve the energy performance of the buildings, by reducing heat loss and improving the thermal comfort of the occupants. The mission includes the following tasks:

- Conducting a diagnostic study of the existing buildings

- Designing the thermal rehabilitation project

- Coordinating the various technical and administrative aspects of the project

- Supervising the works

- Ensuring compliance with the relevant regulations and standards

The mission will be carried out in accordance with the rules and regulations in force in France, and in particular the rules of the French Ministry of Housing and Sustainable Development.
