The subject of the contract is the supply of weapons, ammunition and direct coercive means for the Izba Administracji Skarbowej in Rzeszowie. 2. The contract has been divided into three parts as follows: 2.1. Part I of the contract: 2.1.1. 250 units of factory-new compact pistols with holsters for right-handed persons, where the subject matter consists of the guaranteed contract scope and the scope covered by the right of option, namely: 1) 56 units – guaranteed contract scope, 2) no more than 194 units – option; 2.1.2. 26 units of factory-new holsters for left-handed persons, where the subject matter consists of the guaranteed contract scope and the scope covered by the right of option, namely: 1) 6 units – guaranteed contract scope, 2) no more than 20 units – option; 2.2. Part II of the contract: 300 000 units of factory-new 9x19mm FMJ ammunition, where the subject matter consists of the guaranteed contract scope and the scope covered by the right of option, namely: 1) 150 000 units – guaranteed contract scope, 2) no more than 150 000 units – option; 2.3. Part III of the contract: 2.3.1. 100 units of factory-new steel handcuffs, where the subject matter consists of the guaranteed contract scope and the scope covered by the right of option, namely: 1) 60 units – guaranteed contract scope, 2) no more than 40 units – option; 2.3.2. 100 units of factory-new handcuff covers, where the subject matter consists of the guaranteed contract scope and the scope covered by the right of option, namely: 1) 60 units – guaranteed contract scope, 2) no more than 40 units – option; 2.3.3. 100 units of factory-new telescopic batons, where the subject matter consists of the guaranteed contract scope and the scope covered by the right of option, namely: 1) 60 units – guaranteed contract scope, 2) no more than 40 units – option; 2.3.4. 100 units of factory-new telescopic baton grips, where the subject matter consists of the guaranteed contract scope and the scope covered by the right of option, namely: 1) 60 units – guaranteed contract scope, 2) no more than 40 units – option; 2.3.5. 400 units of factory-new handheld gas launchers, where the subject matter consists of the guaranteed contract scope and the scope covered by the right of option, namely: 1) 300 units – guaranteed contract scope, 2) no more than 100 units – option; 2.3.6. 150 units of factory-new handheld gas launcher covers, where the subject matter consists of the guaranteed contract scope and the scope covered by the right of option, namely: 1) 50 units – guaranteed contract scope, 2) no more than 100 units – option; 2.3.7. 270 units of factory-new double magazines, where the subject matter consists of the guaranteed contract scope and the scope covered by the right of option, namely: 1) 70 units – guaranteed contract scope, 2) no more than 200 units – option.
