The subject of this procurement procedure is the award of the services "Massivbau, Spezialtiefbau für die Hochwasserschutzwand und Erdbau für die Deicherhöhung" (Massivbau Binnenhaupt Lot 10) as part of the overall project Modernisierung und Instandsetzung Große Seeschleuse Emden. The contracting authority reserves the right to waive the conduct of negotiations and to award the contract on the basis of the initial tenders.
