The subject of the public contract is the ongoing supply of contrast media in accordance with the needs of the contracting authority. The contracting authority's objective is to ensure ongoing supplies of contrast media for a period of 3 years from the effective date of the framework purchase agreements (hereinafter also referred to as the "agreement" or "agreements") for the individual parts of the public contract.
