France – Cesspool or septic tank emptying services – ENTRETIEN DES RESEAUX D'EVACUATION, DES FOSSES SEPTIQUES ET VERIFICATION DES POMPES DE RELEVAGE

The present contract concerns the preventive and curative maintenance of the EU/EP/EV pipelines, septic tanks and lift pumps of the Mayenne Habitat estate. Therefore, the contractor must:

- EU, EP and EV pipelines: Collective estate: preventive and curative unblocking services for pipelines. Individual estate: curative services on the private horizontal network connecting to the public network.

- Septic tanks: Emptying of septic tanks.

- Lift pumps: Cleaning of the bottom of the tank and checking the operation of the lift pumps.

- Cleaning of premises: Cleaning of the waste disposal rooms.
