Supply "free place of use", installation and commissioning of a Cz growth system for the growth of oxide single crystals. Furthermore: provision of the documentation, acceptance (factory and final acceptance), service in case of malfunction. The system enables the growth of oxide single crystals, in particular Ga₂O₃, from the melt by means of the Czochralski method. Crystal diameters from 15 mm to a maximum of 100 mm (4 inches) and crystal weights from 60 g to 5 kg are achieved. The crystal growth process takes place in a double-walled, water-cooled chamber made of stainless steel, in which different gas atmospheres are set by prior evacuation and subsequent filling with gases. The process is carried out at a pressure between atmospheric pressure and slight overpressure (max. 500 mbar overpressure) in a static or flowing gas atmosphere.
