France – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – Renouvellement PKI

The present contract is a single-supplier framework agreement for the purchase of hybrid On-premise and SaaS solutions to ensure the management of a public key infrastructure (PKI) enabling:

- to guarantee that each device, server, service or user connecting to the Group's network is properly identified, authenticated and recognised as legitimate.

- to ensure the traceability of exchanges, the confidentiality of data and the reliability of internal and external communications

- to establish a digital climate of trust, by verifying the identity of actors and protecting sensitive accesses against fraudulent or unauthorised use

This PKI must be able to issue approximately 700 000 certificates based on three solutions:

- a solution for internal certificates, called "Internal PKI",

- a second solution for internal certificates, called "Endpoint PKI"

- a solution for public certificates, called "Public PKI"

The contract consists of a firm lot, an optional lot and a PSE optional. Tenderers must submit a base offer, a mandatory variant and the possibility of submitting an additional variant offer. The contract will be concluded for a period of 7 firm years and 3 optional years (actionable by 12-month periods).
