Rudersdal Municipality hereby offers its insurance portfolio in an EU tender. The municipality's insurance agreements expire at the end of 2026. Therefore, the municipality's entire insurance portfolio is offered in a public tender with a view to entering into insurance agreements with effect from 1 January 2027. The insurance agreements are offered in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, as a public tender pursuant to Section II of the Public Procurement Act, cf. Executive Order No. 10 of 06/01/2023 with later amendments. Factor Insurance Brokers A/S, on behalf of Rudersdal Municipality, invites tenders for the municipality's insurances in accordance with the present tender material.
