The subject of the procedure and the contract is the selection of a contractor for the supply of perpetual licenses for low-code software WEBCON BPS or equivalent, along with a 24-month right (license) to use updates, corrections, and documentation for the supplied software (Software Assurance), hereinafter also referred to as “Low-code Platform Licenses” for the implementation of the Project entitled “Ignatianum: Education of the Future – Support and Innovations for Students”, within the framework of the European Social Fund Plus 2021-2027, co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus.

*Low-code Platform (Low-code Platform) - this should be understood as software enabling the construction of applications in a visual way, using diagrams, graphs, or forms without the need to know programming languages. This means creating all the elements necessary for a business application (defining data structures, document structures, process flows, forms for individual steps, feeding from external sources, initiating internal and external API actions) with the platform's internal graphical and visual tools. The low-code platform is also a runtime environment for these applications and the processes they support. The only programming languages that can be used to configure and optimize processes implemented on the low-code platform are: the SQL language (for data selection) and the JavaScript scripting language (for form optimization).

2. The meanings of words, expressions, abbreviations, etc. written in uppercase should also be sought in the SWZ, including in the PPU constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ (especially in § 1 PPU “Definitions”).

3. The detailed description and scope of the subject of the contract is specified in Annex 1A to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ). The detailed conditions and method of contract implementation have been specified in Annex 2 to the SWZ - Draft Contract (PPU).
