France – Software development services – Acquisition d'un logiciel de planification budgétaire et de prévision de trésorerie

A framework agreement, as defined in Article R. 2162-4 of the Public Procurement Code, will be concluded with a single economic operator. It includes:

- A standard contract, specifically for the following services:

- The supply of licenses

- The budget planning module, including the payroll module

- The cash flow forecasting module

- The interface with the ELAP software

- Project management, testing, acceptance, and go-live

- The deployment of the test base

- Training

- Reversibility

- Maintenance

- A framework agreement with purchase orders for additional reporting developments, feasibility studies, developments of additional modules or new functionalities, and additional training.
