Belgium – Cleaning and sanitation services – Diensten voor tagsverwijdering en anti-graffitibehandeling

The framework agreement concerns services for the removal of graffiti, acid tags on all surfaces, as well as stickers and other unauthorized posters present on the infrastructure and vehicles of the STIB. Main intervention locations:

• Access and interiors of all (pre-)metro stations of the STIB.

• Station track areas: walls after the third rail, platform edges and under-platform walls.

• Depots and parking tracks

• The interior and exterior of metro trains and possibly other rolling stock of the STIB

Description of services:

• Removal of graffiti, acid tags, stickers, and other inscriptions made using markers, paint or other means.

• Use of suitable techniques such as sandblasting and/or the use of special products on fragile surfaces.

• Removal of residual traces.

Specific requirements:

• All methods and products used must be previously approved by the STIB.
