Germany – Repair and maintenance services of security and defence materials – BG_1696_EU/26 - Werksinstandsetzung von diversen Baugruppen des Systems SPz Marder

The contract involves the in-plant repair of various assemblies of the SPz Marder system. Bidders must take into account when submitting their offers that the information on the respective lots is based solely on estimated requirements derived from historical values and includes any additional requirements (safety margin) that may arise. The actual orders placed during the contract period may deviate in terms of the quantities required for the respective supply numbers contained in a lot. In any case, the upper limit for the respective order is the total quantity (estimated requirement + safety margin) summarized in the relevant lot. This contract does not oblige the AG to place individual orders. The contract period begins with the award of the contract, earliest from 01.01.2027, and ends after 4 years. If the existing contract between the HIL GmbH and the Bundeswehr ends for any legal reason, the framework agreement can be terminated by a special termination right.
