The works to be tendered include all metal construction works in the external area in the existing building and for the new construction, including necessary demolition works in connection with changed openings, as well as the necessary replacement of elements in connection with soundproofing and fire protection requirements in Hall 2. The work and protective scaffolding required for the metal construction works outside the building will be provided by the contractor, unless these are mentioned separately in the item. Areas for the temporary erection of the construction site equipment and for use as an intermediate storage area for accumulated material are available according to the construction site equipment plan. Water, electricity and sewage connections will be provided through the separate award of the Central Construction Site Equipment. The following main services are to be performed:

· Demolition work of window and door systems due to changed openings and fire protection requirements.

· New construction of plastic windows in the 2nd and 3rd floor including light wells and sun protection

· Plastic windows for the upgrading of historically remaining steel windows

· New construction of light well covers

· Aluminium-glass window and door systems in the existing facade

· Overhaul of remaining aluminium windows and door systems as well as non-historical steel windows

· PR facades

· Steel doors and gates

· Industrial folding doors

To accelerate the construction measure, a 2-shift operation is to be assumed.
