The aforementioned tender for canteen operations is conducted by Servicemægleren A/S on behalf of Professionshøjskolen UCN (hereafter referred to as UCN). The task includes 6 canteens at UCN. The tender is divided into 3 sub-contracts, which are further described in the tender material.

The task includes canteen operations for the contracting authority, including production of food for students and employees in the canteen at UCN, as well as handling of breakfast, meeting catering, and delivery to events at the contracting authority and users of UCN. Furthermore, course participant catering is also provided.

The task is tendered as a standard canteen operations agreement with receipt of a fixed allowance in return for operation of the canteens.
