The subject of this tender procedure is the conclusion of a Framework Agreement, the content of which will be the framework conditions for ensuring activities on stable fire-fighting facilities (hereinafter "SSF") and stable fire-extinguishing facilities (hereinafter "SFEF") in the logical unit "Machine Hall", the logical unit "Building" and the logical unit "External Objects" at the Temelín Nuclear Power Plant. The subject of this Framework Agreement is the obligation of the Supplier, at its own expense and risk for the Purchaser, under the conditions set out in this TD and in the Specific Contracts, to ensure for the Purchaser, based on the Specific Contracts, the performance of the Purchaser's requested fixedly defined complex activities and volume of performance hours within the scope of maintenance, repairs and controls: - stable fire-extinguishing facilities (SFEF) water and gas - system and non-system equipment for water, foam and gas extinguishing according to operating regulations 0TSD280, 0TSP280, 1TSD280, 1TSP280, 2TSD280, 2TSP280 - Ensuring spare parts with certification for use of fire safety equipment (FSE) The precise definition of the Subject of Public Procurements awarded on the basis of the Framework Agreement and other requirements for its performance including information, conditions, specifications and other data are detailed in Section 3 Tender Documentation.
