The subject of the joint procurement is the procurement of social and health care staffing services. Based on the joint procurement, the customer can procure temporary work done by social and health care professionals to produce services for the end user. Social and health care professionals include, for example, general practitioners, specialists, nurses, health care assistants, dentists, dental specialists, dental hygienists, physiotherapists and care assistants. In addition to the above-mentioned professionals, the customer can also procure temporary work done by other social and health care professionals. Temporary work is carried out under the customer's work management and supervision. The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in the invitation to participate and its attachments, especially in the attachments "Subject of the Joint Procurement" and "Conditions of the Procurement". Hansel Oy's customers carry out procurements between the candidates approved for the joint procurement with internal tendering within the joint procurement, which may take place throughout the entire procurement phase of the joint procurement. The procurement phase of the joint procurement begins after the establishment phase and ends when the validity period of the joint procurement ends. Procurement agreements may be valid for a maximum of five (5) years.

The estimated total value of the joint procurement is a maximum of 300 000 000 euros (excluding VAT).
