Czechia – Building installation work – ERDF KVALITA ZČU - ZČU v Plzni – „Rekonstrukce posluchárny UP 108“, Univerzitní 22, Plzeň (3.vyhlášení)

The subject of the public contract is the implementation of construction works according to the PD, i.e. mainly building and assembly works, demolition, dismantling and supplies necessary for the reconstruction of the lecture hall UP 108 and other affected spaces and rooms in the technical floor – basement. This concerns in particular building modifications connected with greater seating comfort for students, a new ventilation and cooling concept. Heating modifications and the connection of VZT heating will be carried out. This involves the modification of the existing MaR (TRONIC) system with connection to the central control room. Furthermore, the electro distribution (high voltage, low voltage) will be modified. The subject of the performance also includes the equipment of the interior, modifications of walls and surfaces, incl. preparation for the installation of AV technology end pieces. Furthermore, the performance will include, among other things, the dismantling of the existing VZT piping with the occurrence of asbestos in the sealing between the pipe fittings, incl. the ecological disposal of hazardous waste according to the relevant hygiene regulations.
