Croatia – Building construction work – IZVOĐENJE RADOVA I OPREMANJE OBJEKTA OŠ JURE KAŠTELANA

The project task envisages the reconstruction of dilation no. 7, while the other dilations remain unchanged, except in the contact zone with dilation no. 7, and this is in the part of the upper floor where it is necessary to connect dilation no. 7 with the rest of the school, and therefore it is necessary to remove the space of the archive of the secretariat. The cancelled space will receive a new position in the reconstructed part of dilation no. 7. The subject dilation no. 7 is located on the southeast part of the elementary school complex. The dilation in its current state has only a ground floor which includes part of the classroom corridor with cabinets, storage rooms and sanitary facilities. The reconstruction plans to add a ground floor on the eastern, southeast and northern parts, as well as the addition of a 1st floor. The reconstruction of the ground floor plans to remove one existing classroom on the eastern side in order to build a new staircase and cabinet in its place, and to add a new classroom on the southern side, while the existing storage room on the northern side would be repurposed into a cloakroom. On the northern side of the dilation, the construction of a covered walkway is planned, which would connect with the existing walkway of the main entrance to the elementary school building, thus forming a whole. Above the ground floor, a 1st floor addition would be built, consisting of five classrooms for regular instruction, one classroom for specialized instruction, cabinets, storage, sanitary facilities for students and sanitary facilities for persons with disabilities. The contractors are obliged to mutually coordinate the execution of works, the organization of the construction site, the use of access roads, the delivery of materials and the use of machinery, in a way that allows instruction to be conducted uninterruptedly in the part of the school that is not in the affected zone.
