The Commercial Sickness Fund - KKH (hereinafter KKH) aims to conclude rebate contracts pursuant to Section 130a(8) SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active substance(s) in question within the framework of a so-called "Open-House Procedure". With the stipulation of uniform contractual conditions and a uniform access procedure, all suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or communities of pharmaceutical companies are offered the opportunity to conclude or join a rebate contract pursuant to Section 130a(8) SGB V for the active substance(s) named in the invitation to tender.
