The subject of this procurement is a one-off supply of computers with software and monitors for the needs of the Silesian Medical University in Katowice. The subject of the procurement has been divided into 2 packages: Package 1 – PC 1, monitors. Package 2 – PC 2. 3. The subject of the procurement shall be implemented in accordance with the assumptions specified in the Product and Price Specification (Attachment 2.1-2.2 to SWZ), Technical Specification (Attachment 3.1-3.2 to SWZ), Warranty Conditions and Terms (Attachment 4.1-4.2 to SWZ) and on the principles and conditions specified in the contract template, including the proposed provisions of the contract regarding the public procurement, which will be incorporated into the text of this contract (Attachment 5 to SWZ). 4. The contracting authority allows for the possibility of submitting partial tenders for a selected package.
