The procurement concerns the purchase and delivery of TV and sewering tasks for Novafos A/S and its affiliated companies, as per tender document 1. Novafos carries out planned TV and sewering tasks in the entire area. To carry out these tasks, Novafos wishes to use contractors who, in a constructive and effective collaboration, can carry out the current TV and sewering tasks. The tender from the contractor is used as the basis for settlement for entering into the specific tasks related to TV and sewering tasks in Novafos for a period of 2 years from the entry into force of the contract, with the possibility of extension for up to 24 months. Novafos has the following 7 sub-contracts:

• Sub-contract 2: Gentofte Municipality

• Sub-contract 3: Gladsaxe Municipality

• Sub-contract 4: Rudersdal and Hørsholm Municipalities

• Sub-contract 5: Allerød and Furesø Municipalities

• Sub-contract 6: Ballerup Municipality

• Sub-contract 7: Egedal Municipality

The estimated value of the Framework Agreement (in total 4 years including possible extensions) is 104,700,000 DKK exclusive of VAT. The maximum value of the Framework Agreement (in total 4 years including possible extensions) is estimated at 136,500,000 DKK exclusive of VAT.
