Denmark – Electric vehicles – Indkøb af elektriske transportvogne fordelt på 5 delaftaler

Through this tender, the Purchaser wishes to receive tenders for the purchase of electric transport vehicles for the Municipality of Copenhagen, divided into 5 sub-contracts. The Purchaser expects that all transport vehicles can function in a professional daily operation for up to 8 hours continuously, which is why the transport vehicles are expected to be delivered in a professional quality that reflects the operational descriptions and expectations of the technical capabilities of the transport vehicles. The transport vehicles will be used for a wide range of different operational tasks across the Municipality of Copenhagen, which is more closely described in the requirement specification, Annex 1 and Annex B, for the relevant sub-contract. The Purchaser wishes to enter into Framework Agreements for each of the 5 sub-contracts. The transport vehicles are purchased on an ongoing basis as needed, and the expected and maximum number can be found in section 3.2. The Purchaser's requirements for contractual terms are set out in the draft contract (Annex A), while the requirements for the service are detailed in the technical specification (Annex 1).
