Belgium – Weapons, ammunition and associated parts – Raamovereenkomst voor levering van stroomstootwapens, munitie en toebehoren

The public contract concerns one lot, namely ‘conducted electrical weapons, ammunition and accessories’, divided into nine items. - Item 1: conducted electrical weapon - Item 2: magazine for conducted electrical weapon (operational use and training) - Item 3: ammunition for conducted electrical weapon (operational ammunition and training ammunition) - Item 4: licence for conducted electrical weapon - Item 5: batteries - Item 6: charging stations - Item 7: holsters - Item 8: carrying cases - Item 9: training packages. One tender must be submitted for all nine items together, otherwise the tender is absolutely null and void. All parts of the contract will be awarded to the same contractor, namely the bidder who will be designated as the contractor in this tender. The contract concerns a framework agreement for the Belgian Limburg police zones and Belgian Limburg police schools (= ‘participants’), with police zone CARMA acting as the purchasing centre. Place of delivery: Belgian Limburg police zones and Belgian Limburg police schools.
