Spain – Software package and information systems – ABR0016/2026 CONTRATACIÓN DEL SERVICIO DE IMPLANTACIÓN Y DESPLIEGUE DE UNA APLICACIÓN INFORMÁTICA DE GESTIÓN DEL SISTEMA DE INFORMACIÓN DE RECURSOS HUMANOS EN LA UNIVERSIDAD PÚBLICA DE NAVARRA

The object is the award of a service contract for the implementation and deployment of a human resources information system management software application for the Public University of Navarra, including maintenance services during the first year of operation and all the licenses required in the proposed system, except for the base software and infrastructure licenses on which the application will run. The contract will commence on 1 September 2026, or on the date of formalisation if later, and will end on 31 December 2027 with the launch of the new tool. However, maintenance will end on 31 December 2028 unless the contractor improves the deadline.
