The subject of the procurement is computer and communication equipment. Since the contracting authority is a central public procurement obligor, all procurement of computer and communication equipment, the procurement of which is within the competence of the Central State Office for Central Public Procurement (hereinafter: the central procurement body), the contracting authority will procure through the central procurement body. The subject of this dynamic procurement system is equipment, the procurement of which is not within the competence of the central procurement body and equipment, the procurement of which is within the competence of the central procurement body, but for which the central procurement body has not conducted the appropriate public procurement procedure after the expiry of previously concluded contracts or framework agreements or has concluded a non-binding framework agreement.
