France – Construction work – Emergences Nord et Sud de la Gare de Melun

Works to be carried out under the present Single Contract for all trades:

- Construction of a Passenger Building to the north of Melun Station, including new areas on the forecourt, commercial and operational premises, and offices.

- Construction of several retaining walls, including railway retaining walls.

- Development of the new underpass (carried out under previous contract), including CFo-CFa and finishing works.

- Construction of an emergence to the south of the station.

- Demolition and reconstruction of a staircase leading to the existing underpass.

- Renovation works of the existing underpass (CFo-CFa and finishing works).

Essential tasks required for the works relating to reinforced concrete construction, metal and wood framing, and secondary structures with a wood frame.
