Belgoprocess is looking for a new drawing management system for the central management, consultation and visualisation of technical drawings. This system must contribute to an efficient and structured approach to drawing management, both internally and in collaboration with external partners. Belgoprocess standardly uses various drawing packages, including Autocad, Inventor, Revit and others. Maximum integration with these packages is therefore essential. The desired system must at least provide the following general functionalities: • Document and drawing status management • Role management and access control • Automatic notifications • A flexible and configurable approval flow
