VISTA college is looking for a contractor who can provide gift vouchers for various occasions. With this, VISTA college wants to appropriately commemorate important milestones and express its appreciation for the commitment of employees and volunteers. The contractor must be able to offer both specific gift vouchers from individual providers and choice gift vouchers. The range must, among other things, include gift vouchers or categories in the field of: general gift vouchers, books, local entrepreneurs, fashion and jewellery, sport, food and drink, entertainment and experiences, wellness, electronics and events/trips. The specific gift vouchers must also fit within these categories. Both the specific gift vouchers and the choice gift vouchers must be able to be provided digitally (by e-mail) and, if desired, also be physically delivered. In addition, a contractor is being sought who can provide VISTA college with as many gift cards as needed. The annual requirement for gift cards for the Christmas allowance is approximately 1,650 units with a value of €40.00 each. In addition, approximately €10,000.00, excluding VAT, is spent on gift cards for other occasions on an annual basis.
