Execution of earthworks and drainage works. The earthworks and drainage works comprise in particular:

• Site establishment, surveying, marking out and subsequent restoration to working space backfilling, by trade.

• Removal of the tendered rootstocks and scrub as well as the creation of site access, site road and crane hardstanding.

• Taking over, loading, transporting and disposing of the blacktop broken up on site according to the positions provided for this purpose.

• Topsoil removal and excavation of building pits by homogeneous areas including the respective described disposal or interim storage and the separately tendered acceptance fees.

• Foundation pads under the non-basement ground floor as well as protective and compensating layer in the basement.

• Service lines under the ground floor slab of the non-basement ground floor up to the outer edge of the building including the tendered tests.

• Open water management according to Title 03.02 as well as time-delayed backfilling of the basement working spaces.
