The subject of the contract comprises: the provision of Socio-Sanitary Assistance Services at the “Day Centre for the provision of services to people in a situation of dependency (Degrees I and II) – Excmo. Ayuntamiento de Gáldar,” with the aim of offering comprehensive care to elderly people affected by a certain level of physical, psychological or social disability, promoting their stay in the socio-familial environment through appropriate treatment for their functional and social rehabilitation. Furthermore, the provision includes the transport service (adapted if necessary), intended to ensure the transfer of users from their home to the Day Centre and their subsequent return. This service is considered an ancillary but indispensable provision and directly linked to the main subject, as it is the mechanism that guarantees the accessibility of the resource to users. The maximum number of places for this service is set at fifty-four (54).
