The Helsinki Metropolitan Area Environmental Services Authority (HSY) invites tenders for waste management maintenance and basic cleaning services. The tender has been divided into two (2) parts according to the cleaning locations. One supplier will be selected for each location. The same service provider may be selected for both areas. Areas (2): 1. - Kivikon Waste Management Centre, Kivikonlaita 5, 00940 Helsinki - Konala Sorting Station, Betonitie 3, 00390 Helsinki - Ruskeasannan Sorting Station, Klemmintie 7, 01390 Vantaa - Seutula Warehouse, Hanskalliontie 12, 01760 Vantaa 2. - Jorvaksens Sorting Station, Jorvaksentie 10, 02420 Kirkkonummi - Ämmässuon Eco-Industrial Centre, Ämmässuontie 8, 02820 Espoo The service to be procured includes a comprehensive cleaning service as described in the service description, including maintenance cleaning, periodic tasks and annual cleaning. The contract will initially be for the period 1.1.2027 - 30.9.2028, after which the contract may be extended by two (2) one-year (1) option periods. The Purchaser will decide on the use of the option period no later than (6) months before the end of the contract period. The use of the option period will be notified in writing to the Supplier. We require that Bidders participate in the familiarisation visit organised by the Purchaser on to 3.9.2026 at 9.00 at Ämmässuon Eco-Industrial Centre, Ämmässuontie 8, Office (Intersection 3), Espoo.
