Through this market consultation, Vechtstromen aims to gain insight into the possibilities the market offers for the execution of a tender for the Management of the Groundwater Measurement Network. The contract involves (continuing) the collection, storage, checking/validation and provision of reliable groundwater level measurements, including the maintenance of the measurement network, as well as the installation of any new measurement points and/or the removal of obsolete measurement points. The current network consists entirely of automatic (telemetric) measurement points (currently 512 active). Vechtstromen wishes to continue this method of data collection, without wanting to commit in advance to the equipment, software and method of data transfer as currently in use.
