No deadline given

Description

The Heizkraftwerk West (HKW West) is the largest generation site of the Mainova Aktiengesellschaft and represents the central generation plant of the inner-city district heating network. At the HKW West site, several plants for the generation of electricity, steam and district heat are operated. The subject of the contractual services is the HKR plant at the HKW West site. The plant treats returning district heating condensate as well as machine condensates and has been in operation since 1967. Since then, the plant has been regularly maintained and repaired. The project aims to modernise the entire plant, with the conceptual design based on the results of the feasibility study from 2021 and the completed preliminary planning from 2022. The project also includes the construction of a new full desalination plant as a replacement for the existing deionised water generation. The Mainova AG operates a 2-lane full desalination plant in the existing building 0402F ("VE3 plant") at HKW-West with a treatment capacity of 80 m³/h. The VE water is required for the replenishment of the district heating system, the works water circuit and the water-steam circuit. The VE3 plant was constructed in 1980 by Mannesmann Anlagenbau and is used for the treatment of drinking water to boiler feed water according to VGB-M 407 G. For the HKR, planning phase 3 according to HOAI should be started based on the existing preliminary planning, and for the VE3, planning phase 2 should be started according to HOAI due to the lack of preliminary planning. Phase 1 LPH 2 Preliminary planning LPH 3 Design planning LPH 4 Approval planning LPH 5 Execution planning LPH 6 Preparation of tendering LPH 7 Assistance in tendering (only procurement of offers and comparison) The first phase of the project ends with the evaluation of the suppliers' offers. In the further phase, the client also intends to commission the contractor for the following further performance phases.
