Award of services for the design of technical equipment - plant groups 4+5 and 6 - according to HOAI 2021 Part 4 Section 2, § 55 Performance phases 1 - 9. A citizens' meeting place is to be created in Stuttgart-Wangen, Ulmer Straße 352. For this purpose, the former restaurant is to be converted (change of use) into a citizens' meeting place with apartments and the attic is to be extended to create additional apartments. Furthermore, a comprehensive energy-efficient modernisation of the entire timber-framed building is required, with a climate-neutral energy supply to be implemented.
