The subject of the contract is the purchase of equipment and furniture for the Cardiology Department at SPWSZ in Szczecin. The Contractor is obliged to carry out the contract in accordance with the principles and conditions described in the contract project, which is Annex 4 to the SWZ, and in the detailed description of the contract subject, which is Annex 1 to the SWZ and Annex 1A to the SWZ for Task 1-6.
