The subject of the public procurement is the supply, installation and commissioning of technologies in the procurer's data centre. The supply includes, in particular: • standby diesel generator with a switchgear and ATS; • power supply to the operators' room; • power supply to the main server room; • power supply to the backup server room; • power distribution and cable routes. The subject of the public procurement further includes the preparation of project documentation in stages and to the extent according to Annex No. 1.2 of the tender documentation, the securing of the building permit and related construction works to the necessary extent, the performance of comprehensive tests, the training of personnel and the provision of maintenance services for a period of 5 years from the completion of the work. The public procurement is awarded using the method of setting requirements for performance and function (Design & Build), which are specified in the technical specifications according to Annex No. 1 of the tender documentation. The procurer will provide this part of the tender documentation to the suppliers in accordance with § 36 (8) ZZVZ in conjunction with § 96 (2) ZZVZ, only upon request and against the submission of a signed agreement on the protection of confidential information (hereinafter referred to as the "NDA"). The binding template for the NDA is Annex No. 8 of the tender documentation and is published simultaneously with the tender documentation on the procurer's profile for free download. The supplier may participate in the inspection of the place of performance only on the condition that it submits the NDA signed by a person authorised to represent the supplier to the procurer at the latest one working day before the inspection of the place of performance, and this in accordance with the mandatory electronic communication according to Article 2 of the tender documentation.
