France – Refurbishment work – CONTRAT POUR TRAVAUX DE REMISE EN ETAT DE LOGEMENTS SUITE A ETAT DES LIEUX DU PATRIMOINE LOCATIF 2027-2030 inclus.

The services will be subject to a framework agreement with order forms in accordance with Articles R 2162-1 to R 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The services to be performed will be defined as needed by means of order forms issued by the services of the local agencies of LOGEAL IMMOBILIERE (e.g. customer relations officers, etc.). The person authorized to sign the order forms is the representative of the contracting authority according to the delegations of power and signature in force within the SA d’HLM LOGEAL IMMOBILIERE. The amounts of the following lots are contractual and the related order forms will be issued as needed over the total contract execution period of 4 years:

LOT 1 - AGENCE D’YVETOT: No minimum amount and a maximum amount of 3 000 000.00 € excl. VAT

LOT 2 – AGENCE DE SOTTEVILLE LES ROUEN: No minimum amount and a maximum amount of 3 000 000.00 € excl. VAT

LOT 3 – AGENCE DE PAVILLY: No minimum amount and a maximum amount of 3 000 000.00 € excl. VAT

LOT 4 – SUCCURSALE DU HAVRE: No minimum amount and a maximum amount of 1 200 000.00 € excl. VAT

IMPORTANT / TO KNOW: For each lot, these maximum amounts represent the total contractual expenditure on services (services with and without asbestos, all combined) planned by LOGEAL IMMOBILIERE. In summary, these amounts represent the expenditure limit not to be exceeded by LOGEAL IMMOBILIERE. Also, a lot will end automatically when the maximum amount is reached, even if the validity period has not expired. In this last case, LOGEAL IMMOBILIERE will conduct a new competitive tendering process to renew the lot in question.

METHOD OF WORKS DELIVERY: Each lot will be the subject of a contract. Candidates have the possibility of submitting tenders for one or more lots but can be awarded at most 2 lots in the first place. If a contractor is ranked 1st on more than 2 lots, it will be awarded the 2 most endowed lots. The other lots where this contractor is ranked 1st will be awarded to the contractor ranked 2nd.
