New construction Delme Clinic Delmenhorst – Screed works (remaining services)

The Delme Clinic Delmenhorst GmbH is constructing a new hospital building at Wildeshauser Straße 92 in 27753 Delmenhorst. The subject of this procurement is the remaining screed works for soft coverings and set screed surfaces from basement to 4th floor.

Main scope of services:

- floating cement screed in thicknesses from 60 to 90 mm, predominantly d = 75 mm, approximately 10,100 m² in total

- screed strips in widths from 15 to 30 cm, approximately 535 m

- impact sound and levelling insulation made of mineral wool in thicknesses from 30 to 60 mm as well as edge insulation strips

- PE film double layer as separating layer

- preparation of substrate including cleaning, levelling, moisture measurement with CM device and adhesion tensile test

- screed set-offs made of aluminium, movement joint profiles, joint sealing, work on floor openings and supports

- workshop and assembly planning of the expansion joint division

- trade-specific site facilities and hourly work

The services connect to already completed screed surfaces. The connection to the existing stock is part of the service. The screed works are on the critical path of the overall project; subsequent finishing trades work floor by floor directly afterwards. The work is carried out in accordance with the schedule list (Appendix 1.1 to the Bill of Quantities) in construction sections. The construction site is controlled via a logistics concept with a binding logistics manual.
