Germany – Architectural and related services – Nichtoffener, einphasiger, freiraumplanerischer Realisierungswettbewerb mit Ideenteil | Neugestaltung Europaplatz Nord, Berlin­-Mitte

The competition will be conducted as a non-open, single-stage, design competition with an ideas section and a preliminary selection process for landscape architects, in accordance with §§ 78-80 of the Regulation on the Awarding of Public Contracts (VgV) and pursuant to § 3 Abs. 3 of the Directive for Planning Competitions (RPW 2013). The total number of participants is limited to a maximum of 12. The basis for the competition, unless otherwise specified, is the RPW 2013 and the Directive for the Conduct of Competitions in accordance with IV 104 of the Construction Directive – ABau. The Regulation on the Awarding of Public Contracts (VgV, version of 12 April 2016, last amended by Article 1 of the Regulation of 07 February 2024) applies. Following the competition procedure, a negotiation procedure will be carried out in accordance with § 14 Abs. 4 Ziff. 8 VgV. The issuance of the registration number AKB-2026-04 by the Architects' Association Berlin confirms that the competition conditions comply with the RPW 2013. The competition is open to landscape architects.
