Poland – Orthopaedic implants – Dostawa implantów i narzędzi do zabiegów artroskopowych

The subject of the contract is the supply of implants and instruments for arthroscopic procedures. A further and detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to the Specification of Contract Requirements (hereinafter: SWZ). The Contracting Authority reserves the right to reduce the quantity of the order by no less than 20% for Package 1 and 10% for Package 2 and the Contractor agrees to this and declares that it will not make any claims against the Contracting Authority in this regard. For Package 1, instrumentation is required. The instrumentation should be in a container for sterilisation in an open, unattended system. The instrumentation should be on the premises of the Hospital for the entire period of use of the supplied implants. The Contractor will create a non-payable deposit warehouse on the premises of the Operating Block with the possibility of replenishing the used implants. For Package 2, the instrumentation should be in containers for sterilisation in an open, unattended system. The instrumentation, together with the implants, should be delivered to the Operating Block in a "flying" system for the duration of the surgical procedure.
