Netherlands – Education and training services – Trainingen Schoolveiligheid

The Municipality of Amsterdam intends to conclude a Framework Agreement with a number of Suppliers for the ‘on demand’ provision of training in expertise enhancement and school safety. The Suppliers will be contracted using the ‘Open House model’. The services to be procured are intended for school teams of schools for (special) primary education (po), special education, secondary (special) education, established on Amsterdam territory. And for state-funded vocational education established on Amsterdam territory. The Municipality aims, by awarding this contract to various Contractors, to ensure that Amsterdam school teams (consisting of teachers, educational support staff, management etc.) are jointly trained in dealing with and pedagogically addressing serious boundary-crossing behaviour of children and young people in and around school. In this way, the Municipality supports the Participants in achieving a safe school climate. This Guideline contains the detailed description of the Contract and the requirements set out therein.
