Czechia – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – VZ 53.26 Zpracování projektové dokumentace „Promenáda Dr. Martínka“

The subject of the public procurement is the processing of project documentation at the level of the intention permit (DPZ) and at the level of construction implementation documentation (DPS) for the action "Promenáda Dr. Martínka". The aim is to adapt the space of the locality between the streets Dr. Martínka, Kašparova and Fr. Hajdy so that the area can be used as a promenade, a small square for people to meet. A desired element is a promenade lined with an alley of trees with adjoining hardened and unhardened areas, a gazebo, a fountain and public greenery. The work will be realized for the areas named: "U Lidlu", "U Venuše", "Prostor promenády". The project documentation will be processed for each area separately, both at the intention permit level (DPZ) and at the construction implementation documentation level or its part (DPS). The delineated space will also be expanded to include solutions for possible adjustments to access roads or adjacent land, if their condition requires it, or it may be necessary to address the connection to the main project. The contracting authority requires the project documentation to be processed with regard to possible grant calls in the sense of including elements of blue-green infrastructure. The inspiration for the processing of the project is the architectural study from 06/2024, see attachment no. 3 of this ZD, prepared by Ing.
