France – Miscellaneous spare parts – FOURNITURE DE PIECES DETACHEES NECESSAIRES A LA MAINTENANCE DES VEHICULES DE MARQUE VOLVO (2 LOTS)

This consultation aims to award a procedure for the supply of spare parts necessary for the maintenance of VOLVO brand vehicles (2 lots). The consultation is divided into 2 lots as follows:

- Lot No. 1: Supply of various original manufacturer-approved spare parts for VOLVO brand vehicles.

- Lot No. 2: Supply of various spare parts from equipment manufacturers for VOLVO brand vehicles.

These are framework agreements under the terms of Articles L2125-1.1° and R2162-2 and following of the Code. The framework agreements are multi-awarded, each concluded with a maximum of two economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of appropriate offers received), executed by the issuance of purchase orders, issued as needs arise (under the conditions set out in Articles R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Code), according to the award procedures defined in the contract documents.

The services are remunerated by applying:

- The unit prices listed in the Schedule of Unit Prices (SUP), Annex 1 of the commitment deed, to the quantities actually implemented;

- Unit prices listed in the contractor's public tariff, Annex 2 of the commitment deed, after applying the contractual discount, Annex 3 of the commitment deed, to the quantities actually implemented.

Pursuant to Article R2162-4 of the Code, each framework agreement is concluded without a minimum commitment amount and with a maximum commitment amount over the total duration (3 years), namely:

Lot 1 - 225 000,00 euro excl. VAT

Lot 2 - 33 000 euros excl. VAT
