Romania – Fruit and nuts – Fructe proaspete

Open procedure for the purchase of Fresh Fruit for the period 01.01-31.12.2027. Each participant in the procedure has the possibility to submit tenders for 1 (one) lot, several, or for all the lots. The estimated minimum and maximum quantities that may be requested for the entire period of the framework agreement and those that may be the subject of a single subsequent contract among those that will be awarded during the framework agreement can be found in the technical specifications. The number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for the submission of tenders/ applications is 18 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification or additional information by the 11th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders.
