France – Street-lighting maintenance services – Location, pose, dépose et maintenance des illuminations de fin d'année

The services are broken down as follows into 2 lots. Lot 1: Rentals, maintenance, Lot 2: Installation, dismantling and maintenance. The main form chosen for the execution of the contract at mixed prices is as follows: - The services on the identified sites will be settled at a lump sum on the basis of the DPGF attached to the contract documents. - Additional services not provided for in the DPGF: additional lighting decoration installation and dismantling, exceptional maintenance of lighting decorations, etc., will be settled by applying the prices shown in the BPU. - Additional services rental of lighting decorations, rental of lighting motifs, supply of consumables such as LED garlands, fairy lights, light curtains, various bulbs, etc. These services will be remunerated by applying the unit prices of the supplier's price list (attached to the contract) and reduced by the discount indicated in the order form. They (BPU and in the catalogue) give rise to orders up to 24,000.00 euros excl. VAT per annual execution period, this maximum amount applying to each renewal period. The contract being concluded for a maximum duration of four years, the ceiling of 24,000.00 euros excl. VAT is applicable to each of the annual periods.
