France – Building materials – FOURNITURE DE MATÉRIELS D'ÉLECTRICITÉ, DE QUINCAILLERIE, DE PLOMBERIE, DE MENUISERIE ET DE PEINTURE

This framework agreement concerns the supply of electrical materials, hardware, plumbing, joinery, and painting for the needs of the commune of Noisiel and its Centre Communal d'Action Sociale (CCAS). The terms of execution are described in the present Cahier des Clauses Particulières (CCP) common to the 5 lots. The contract gives rise to a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders, in accordance with Article R. 2162-2 of the Code de la commande publique, entered into without a minimum amount and with a maximum order amount set by lot, for each 12-month period. The contractor undertakes to carry out an insertion action for people facing particular social or professional difficulties (see Annex 1 to the CCP and Article 20 of the present CCP). It takes effect from 11 October 2026 (or from its notification date if the latter is later) for a first period of twelve (12) months. It is tacitly renewable three (3) times for successive periods of twelve (12) months, without its total duration exceeding four (4) years.
