Slovakia – Public road transport services – Obstaranie služby vnútroštátnej pravidelnej autobusovej dopravy (mestskej autobusovej dopravy) v meste Piešťany a miestnej časti Kocurice

The subject of the contract is the provision of regular urban bus passenger transport services in the public interest within the city of Piešťany and the local part of Kocurice, within the scope and under the conditions set out in the Agreement on Transport Services in the Public Interest and the Provision of Urban Bus Passenger Transport in the City of Piešťany and the Local Part of Kocurice (hereinafter referred to as the "agreement"), which forms Annex No. 7 of the Tender Documents. Main parameters of the subject of the contract: a) the initial planned scope of transport services: a maximum of 295 000 km per year, of which 270 810 tariff kilometres and a maximum of 24 190 non-revenue kilometres, according to Annex No. 1 of the agreement; b) the scope of transport services may change under the conditions of Article IV of the agreement; c) route management and connections according to the timetables forming Annex No. 9 of the agreement, in the wording of the timetables approved by the contracting authority for the relevant period; d) the service is provided with at least 7 buses and 1 spare bus, all with low entry (LOW ENTRY) or low floor (LOW FLOOR); no vehicle may be older than 15 years in any year of the contract's duration.
