Germany – Rescue services – Landkreis Göttingen - Vergabe der Durchführung der notärztlichen Versorgung

The Landkreis Göttingen intends, pursuant to Section 5(2) Sentence 1 No. 1 NRettDG, to award service contracts for the provision of emergency medical services in the public emergency services area of Landkreis Göttingen. The contract includes the emergency physician service (including urgent secondary transfers) at the locations of Bad Lauterberg and Osterode in Landkreis Göttingen. The service consists of providing suitable emergency physicians for emergency rescue in accordance with Section 2(2) No. 1 NRettDG by way of personnel provision at the two specified locations. In the opinion of the contracting authority, this service meets the requirements of a permissible temporary employment agency as defined in the Temporary Employment Act (AÜG) (see in particular Section 15.1).
