France – Repair and maintenance services of building installations – Exploitation et maintien en conditions opérationnelles des installations de climatisation, ventilation, chauffage et fluides des centres CEA/DAM

The scope of the contract covers activities related to the operation and maintenance of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and fluid (HVAC) systems, in order to ensure the availability and safety of the installations at the CEA/DAM centres. These activities include:

- Operation (monitoring and tracking of parameters, checks, acknowledgements, lockout/tagout, equipment shutdown/restart, energy and fluid management, sampling, adjustments, etc.)

- Preventive maintenance and periodic checks and tests

- Troubleshooting

- Minor works (minor modification operations of installations)

- Assistance (compliance of equipment following VRP, participation in OPR, expertise, etc.)

- Method: planning of interventions, drafting of maintenance procedures, operating procedures, safety documents, intervention reports, data entry in a CMMS, stock management, field feedback.

The contract notice includes 4 lots:

- Lot 1 concerns the services for the DIF centre (B26-04951);

- Lot 2 concerns the services for the VALDUC centre (B26-04952);

- Lot 3 concerns the services for the CESTA centre (B26-014953);

- Lot 4 concerns the services for the RIPAULT centre (B26-04954).
